Outlets

Hi. No, we are not talking about electricity outlets. Although, I’m sure that would cause a pretty heated debate. Haha. Wait, what? Any-who, today we will talk about how to relieve your stress, as that is something we all deal with, particularly in our teenage and early adult years. I think one great way to relieve stress is photography. I think that with photography, you can just let it all go. I feel like every click the camera makes is yet another breath you should release.

I think art is another great form of stress relief. With art, you can just have fun, and do whatever your heart desires.

Also, stress isn’t something that happens overnight. It takes time, and it also takes a reason. So, instead of leaving it all bottled up, talk to someone about it. Wether it be a trusted teacher or a parent, a counselor or an aunt, a teammate or a best friend, just let it out. I hoped this post helped you. Tell me what your stress relief is in the comments.

Until Next Time, Vanilla 🙂

Hello

Hi. This is my blog. I decided to start it for no reason other than to have a place to talk. That’s something I do a lot. But, if I do it to much in real life, people get annoyed with me. So that is the reason this blog is anonymous. Anyways, I’ll post on this blog, sometimes often and sometimes not, under the name Vanilla.

Ever notice how people in this world seem to think that  to “fit in”, you have to:

  1. Be perfect
  2. Have a boyfriend
  3. Be popular
  4. Dress “cool”
  5. Wear makeup and get your hair styled all fancy

Especially when you are a teenage girl, like me. I don’t get why we need to fit in. I wish everyone would just realize that we are all acting. No one is perfect. But people just pretend to be. It sucks. I wonder what life would be like if everyone would just be themselves. Not some fake, I don’t really want to be here, I just want to be cool type of person. I think we should all just be the kind of person who walks around the mall with our friends, trips over a display, and starts laughing (and then helps pick everything up of course).

Anyways, that seems like enough. Tell me how you feel about this in the comments.

Until next time, Vanilla 🙂
